01 Oct There’s a better way to get around! ZabCab Taxi App Rolls Out in South Florida
It’s go time! South Florida now has an easier, better way to get around: ZabCab, the new taxi app we just launched in Miami Dade and Broward Counties! Our launch events, held September 28 at two great SoFlo spots—the Pérez Museum in Miami, and the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach—drew lots of media and supporters from government, and the hospitality and tourism industries to find out about the newest way to hail a taxi.
How ZabCab works
Fans of ride share apps will be happy to hear that ZabCab has no surge pricing—something other services don’t offer. And the taxis are licensed! Now, with one tap on your smart phone, you can summon a taxi and get a confirmation of your driver’s arrival time. When you’ve arrived at your destination, pay cash or credit—it’s up to you. If you’ve left items in your taxi, you can use our “last driver” feature to retrieve them. Our app also enables you to rate your driver. If you’ve only given one star, we ask why, and we de-activate drivers who perform poorly. Your voice ensures that ZabCab drivers are the cream of the crop, improving taxi service for all.
Don’t wait – download our app today.
Plus—we also launched ZabCab Driver, the companion app for cabbies, and ZabCab Front Desk, the companion taxi app designed specifically for hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality businesses that need to call more than one cab at a time for their guests.
